Terms & Conditions
By purchasing system tools, recovery software, and Linux OS products (DVD/USB) from easios.net, you agree to the following terms:
- Product Nature and Licensing
easios.net distributes Linux operating systems, system recovery tools, and diagnostic utilities. All Linux distributions (e.g., Ubuntu, Fedora, Debian) sold on this website are unmodified copies of software released under open-source licenses such as the GNU General Public License (GPL).
Additionally, recovery tools such as Hiren’s BootCD and other system utilities are provided as-is, and their usage must comply with their respective licensing agreements. We do not claim ownership or authorship of any third-party software included on our media. - No Warranty or Support
All software is provided “AS-IS” with absolutely no warranties, unless explicitly stated by the original vendor. This includes, but is not limited to, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. No technical support is provided by easios.net. For assistance, consult the official forums, documentation, or communities associated with your chosen software. - Liability Disclaimer
easios.net is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including data loss, system instability, or hardware/software conflicts. The GNU Foundation, Linux kernel developers, and original distribution vendors similarly disclaim liability under their respective licenses. Users assume full responsibility for the use of recovery and diagnostic tools. - Trademarks and Branding
Linux distribution names (e.g., “Ubuntu,” “Fedora”) and associated logos, as well as third-party recovery tools like Hiren’s BootCD, are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by these entities. Our role is limited to distributing freely redistributable software under open-source licenses or publicly available system utilities. - Source Code Compliance
Under licenses like the GPL, you are entitled to the complete corresponding source code for the software distributed on our physical media.
Source code is available for download free of charge from the original vendor’s website. Physical copies may be requested for a nominal fee. - Redistribution Rights
You may freely copy, modify, or redistribute open-source software in compliance with its original license terms. Our sale of physical media does not restrict these rights. Proprietary or third-party recovery tools included must be used according to their respective licensing agreements. - Payment for Media, Not Software
Charges apply solely to the cost of DVD/USB media, duplication, and shipping. No fees are levied for the software itself, which is free and open-source, or otherwise freely available. - Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes arising from product use or sales will be resolved in accordance with these laws. - Order Cancellations & Refunds
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund. Refunds for delivered items are only available for defective or damaged products. Customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return. - Shipping Responsibility
easios.net is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs. Once an order is shipped, delivery times are subject to third-party services. - Privacy & Data Protection
We respect customer privacy and do not share personal information with third parties, except as necessary for payment processing and order fulfilment. Customer data is handled securely. - Use of Products
Our USB/DVD products are intended for legal use only. easios.net is not responsible for any misuse of the software, including violations of software licensing agreements or unauthorised modifications.
System recovery and diagnostic tools should be used solely for legitimate system maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair purposes.
