- The item must be returned via Royal Mail with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return

- Return Confirmation – We will confirm your return request and provide return instructions, including the return address.
- Send the Item Back – Carefully package the item and send it via Royal Mail Tracked. Ensure you keep your tracking receipt.
- Refund Processing – Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3-5 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds for:
- Digital products (if applicable).
- Items that are damaged due to misuse or not returned in their original condition.
